BuildSmart TechBIM has successfully completed the BIM models for each discipline in the DAMAN HQ project. We take pride in meeting the client’s expectations and have utilized these models to enhance procurement, planning, and smooth construction. Additionally, these models will serve as asset documentation for the building’s lifecycle.

KALBA ART GALLERY
BuildSmart TechBIM was appointed to create a BIM model for the underground utility services for KAIG. This task presented challenges due to the need to maintain proper gravity within the specified maximum depth for the underground services. In contrast, the above-ground services were relatively straightforward given the nature of the project.
KING ABDULLAH INTERNATIONAL GARDEN, RIYADH
TechBIM was appointed during the early design stage of the building project. We provide effective solutions to the consultants for decision-making and ensure that the drawings are utilized during construction.
MEAISEM CITY CENTER
The tower is situated on Al Reem Island. Our BIM professionals were assigned to the site to develop the BIM model under the direction of the client engineer.
